Jeremy maintains a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis in constitutional challenges to government decision-making. The most notable challenge (2022 MBQB 104) prompted a $445 million settlement for children involved in the Child and Family Services system (2024 MBKB 146).
Jeremy appears regularly before the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba and has acted for clients in the Federal Court of Canada and the Manitoba Court of Appeal. Before the Supreme Court of Canada, Jeremy has responded to applications for leave to appeal.
Jeremy’s wife and two young children are members of Barren Lands First Nation. Jeremy is a member of Pine Creek First Nation.
